We are pleased to announce that our Timetable Management Platform is now listed on the Digital Marketplace under the UK Government’s G-Cloud 15 framework (RM1557.15), in Lot 2b: Software as a Service.
A simpler route to buy
G-Cloud allows public sector organisations to buy cloud-based software and services without running a full procurement of their own. Buyers can search the listed services, compare them and award a contract directly, removing much of the time and cost that a separate tender exercise would involve.
For local transport authorities – whether preparing for franchising, working in an enhanced partnership or tendering services – that means a quicker, compliant way to put dependable timetable data at the centre of their network.
What the listing covers
The platform brings timetable data into one controlled record – validated as it arrives, version-controlled as it changes, and published consistently to every system that needs it. The listing includes:
- a rule-based validation engine and import portal for data from third-party systems;
- full version control for historic, current and future timetables, with side-by-side comparison of versions;
- TransXChange import and export in multiple profiles, with full support for BODS and the PTI profile;
- full GTFS export, and support for printed and online publicity;
- creating and editing timetables, geographic tracks and NaPTAN data.
It runs in the browser with nothing to install, is hosted in the UK, and is built API-first. Support is included in every contract, and Elydium holds Cyber Essentials certification.
It is the same platform behind Stagecoach’s ‘Gold Standard’ TransXChange, now live across all of its UK operating companies.
