Privacy policy

How Elydium Limited handles personal data collected through this website.

Who we are

This website is operated by Elydium Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 06734929. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Elydium Limited.

For any question about this policy or about how we handle your personal data, contact hello@elydium.co.uk.

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us:

  • Enquiries. If you email us, we receive the details you provide – typically your name, organisation, role, email address and the content of your message.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.

We do not ask for, and would ask you not to send, special category data or confidential operational information through this website.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use the details you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to continue any conversation that follows from it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, or the steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not build marketing profiles from them.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and does not use analytics that identify you.

Pages load their typefaces, Inter and Quicksand, from Google Fonts. This means your browser makes requests to Google’s servers, and Google may log technical information such as your IP address as part of delivering those files.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may share it with service providers who host our website or email systems, acting on our instructions, and we may disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business-record purposes, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to ask us to erase it, and to object to or restrict our use of it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@elydium.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page. Where a change materially affects how we use personal data already provided to us, we will take reasonable steps to tell affected individuals.
